We do not have a Return & Refund policy.
We always strive to make sure that you love our product as we loved making it for you.
However, we’d be happy to exchange it in the following cases:
- A completely different item has been delivered to you, not matching to the item mentioned in your confirmation email/message.
- The garment you purchased has been delivered with a manufacturing defect.
- The garment is not of the right size that you expected (even though the size you have ordered and the size that is delivered is same), it is eligible for an exchange only with another product available in our catalogue at that time.
How do I know if the item delivered is eligible for an exchange?
- Exchange is not accepted due to colour differences. Colour differences might be there due to screen resolution of the camera used for providing parcel opening video and lighting variations.
- Any exchange requests provided after 5 days of delivery will not be accepted by House of Poshaki under any circumstances.
- Used, washed, torn, ironed, and altered products are not covered under our exchange policy.
- Any Customised products sold by us are also not available for an exchange.
- Item missing tags, invoice, packaging provided by us are also not eligible for an exchange.
- International Products are not exchangeable.
What is not a manufacturing defect?
- Any loose thread in the fabric on the inner side of the item is a proof for original chikankari. Thus, those will be disregarded as manufacturing defects and no exchange policy applies on the same.
How do you exchange an item delivered to you?
You have to provide 365 degree Parcel Opening Video(uncut), and make sure that the tags and packaging provided by us are kept intact and product is unused (not even washed).
You can email us at contact@houseofposhaki.com with the SUBJECT line: “(Order Number) + EXCHANGE” within 24 hours of receiving the product(s).
Note: Please ensure that you contact us(via Email/Whatsapp/Facebook/Instagram) within 5 days of the delivery (marked complete), to go ahead with the return process.
When can I say an item is successfully exchanged?
The item can be called successfully exchanged after all the below points are considered ticked:
- The item is PROVISIONALLY ACCEPTED after the parcel opening video is sent to us requesting for an exchange.
- The item is successfully delivered to us and we have verified the same.
On acceptance of an exchange, we would provide:
- The status of the item would change to EXCHANGE ACCEPTED and,
- An open voucher provided to you immediately of the amount the item was (of the actual price paid by you)
How do I get a replacement?
- Use the voucher code provided by us and select the item of your choice from our website
- While purchasing, provide the voucher code and place the order.
- The order should be greater than equal to of the voucher value provided to you. This can be even more than 1 item from our catalogue.
Can I use multiple voucher codes for exchange?
- Exchange voucher codes cannot be used with any promotional voucher codes for any order.
- If exchange voucher code has not been used while ordering, it cannot be added to the order at later stages.
- Exchange voucher codes are available for 30 days from the item received at House of Poshaki in the exchange process.
