Shipping & Delivery Policy

  • We can ship to Internationally in the world. Customers gets a special shipping price and all taxes and duties are included in the price of the product listed on the website.
  • Usually, orders are dispatched within 3-5 working days from the date of the order placed.
  • However, other factors such as color customization or unusual circumstances may lead to delays beyond the specified period. In case of delay (product not dispatched within the estimated period), you can contact us.
  • To ensure that the order reaches you in a good condition, we ship through reputed logistics companies in the shortest period.
  • We will provide you tracking id after dispatch. If your inquiry is urgent, please email us at contact@houseofposhaki.com and one of our team members will be in touch with you at the earliest.

QUALITY CHECK

  1. Before your parcel leaves our warehouse, it is fully checked by our Quality Control team. The images taken during the quality check procedure are stored with us until 24 hours after the product is delivered to you.
  2. If you receive an item that is damaged, please Contact Us within 24 hours of receiving the product with a 365 degree parcel opening video(uncut)

*Please note that Sundays, and Public Holidays are not considered as working days for standard deliveries.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE PROCESSED?

All orders will be processed within 3-5 working days, excluding SATURDAY; SUNDAY, and public holidays.

WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME?

All orders are shipped via Inidan Post or  DTDC or Delhivery or any other reputed partners. Since we want to make sure your product is perfect and value for money when it reaches you, we take 3-5 days for dispatch excluding SUNDAY, SATURDAY and public holidays, and then the delivery time is 3-5 working days in Kolkata from the date of dispatch, 7-10 days other state and 15-25 days for international orders.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY DELIVERY?

As soon as your order is dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email along with your unique AWB (tracking) number and the name of the courier company. You may track your order on the ‘My Orders’ page. You can also use the AWB number to track your order online with the specified courier company.

ARE THERE ANY SHIPPING CHARGES?

We have shipping charges all over India. 

For international deliveries, the delivery charges will be auto-calculated upon entering your delivery details at the checkout, depending upon the weight and volume of the parcel.

CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS ONCE MY ORDER HAS BEEN DISPATCHED?

No, once your order has been shipped, we cannot change the address for the order.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN BILLING ADDRESS AND SHIPPING ADDRESS?

In cases when you place an order for somebody else, or if you choose to pay via a pre-paid mode of payment where your registered address is different from the address you choose to request delivery at, a billing address is required to complete the order.
